The clouds have parted and the intrepid explorers have landed (4pm SA time). They will collect the balance of their equipment from the Hilton Hotel at Constable Point (1 star). The epitome of luxury!
They will check their equipment and ready themselves to haul their sleds with their gear fixed thereon. They have undergone arduous fitness and conditioning training to ready themselves for the physical demands of the journey. They have the best equipment that is capable of withstanding the coldest temperatures.
